$30,000 – $50,000 MXN installed. Typically covers the full consumption of a family of 2 to 3 with no air conditioning.
$50,000 – $70,000 MXN installed. The most common case in Juriquilla and Zibatá: a family of 4 with one or two mini-split AC units.
$65,000 – $250,000 MXN depending on consumption. If CFE (Mexico's federal electricity utility) has already moved you to the high-consumption (DAC) tariff, this is the range with the fastest payback in our entire catalog.
The typical payback on a residential system is 2 to 3 years. After that, the energy your roof produces is yours for the remaining two decades of the warranty.
Every range includes equipment, mounting structure, installation, the CFE interconnection paperwork and commissioning. No hidden costs and no site-visit fees. Maintenance is contracted under a separate service plan.
Start to finish, a residential project usually takes 3 to 6 weeks: the installation on your roof is done in a few days, and the rest is the CFE interconnection process — the one part that doesn't depend on us.
With a photo of your CFE bill we calculate your real consumption over the last 12 months. From that reading alone we know what size system you need.
We come to your home to measure the roof, check for shading and verify your electrical installation. That's where the proposal with firm numbers comes from.
We install the system and handle the entire CFE interconnection process for you. You never set foot in a government office and sign nothing beyond the initial contract.

Yes. They produce less on a cloudy day, but CFE's net metering scheme evens things out: the surplus you generate in sunny months is credited to your account and used in the low months. Systems are sized on annual consumption, not month by month.
The system can be dismounted and reinstalled, or it stays as added value in the sale. In practice almost all our clients leave it: it raises the property's value and is a strong selling point.
In most gated communities in Querétaro, no — the panels sit on a flat roof and aren't visible from the street. Where approval is required, we prepare the technical file for your HOA board.

A standard grid-tied system shuts down for safety during a blackout. If you want true backup you need batteries; we install hybrid systems with lithium BESS and will tell you honestly whether they make sense for your case.
Yes, through a semiannual or annual cleaning-and-inspection plan. It's not included in the installation price — it's contracted separately. In Querétaro's dry climate it matters more than you'd think: dust buildup on the panels measurably reduces output.

This is the base tariff for most homes in Querétaro. The kWh is relatively cheap because it's subsidized, so the payback on a solar system is slower — typically several years.
If you exceed the consumption limit for twelve consecutive months, CFE removes your subsidy and moves you to DAC. The kWh price jumps overnight and a fixed monthly charge appears on top. This is where a solar system pays for itself fastest — by far.
When you interconnect, CFE swaps your meter for a bidirectional one. The surplus you generate during the day is credited to your account and used at night or in cloudy months. Credits have an expiration window, which is why systems are sized on annual consumption rather than the peak month.
If you're on the high-consumption (DAC) tariff, the project's first goal isn't to reach zero — it's to lower your net consumption enough for CFE to put you back on the subsidized rate. That single jump is worth more than many extra kilowatts of panels.
